OUR INITIATIVES
You Can Help, Too
SUPPORTING REHABILITATION
A key aspect of rehabilitation of ex-offenders is having access to the tools that allow a greater opportunity of gaining employment.
To unlock such opportunities, we are aware that there must be a strong tie between employers and employees.
Working towards a society that includes the employment of ex-offenders and their talents economically and socially, allowing both people and businesses to exceed and prosper.
Our unique experience and background provide a perfect platform to allow organisations to canvas their CSR obligations while giving ex-offenders the chance to develop skills and explore talents.
EDUCATION & EMPLOYMENT IN PRISON
For ex-offenders to be successfully placed in employment the development of skills needs to be available from within prison.
Through the creation of workshops and specialised skill training and further education from within prison equipping prisoners with employable attributes before release.
We aim to encourage employers and large organisations to take an active and permeant role in this area.
As a result of years working with organisations and charities within the prisons system, this organisation seeks to have weekly and monthly involvement in prisons across the country that strategise.
PUBLIC STAKING & GOVERNMENT RESEARCH
Raising awareness to organisations and business of the value and significance of this untapped work force. We aim to provide more avenues and streams of employment to our ex - offenders and persons with criminal records.

COMMUNITY TRANSITION
The period before release needs to be one that is productive in preparation ofÂ
giving the tools and personal guidance to make each individual a successful and wanted part of their community.
BAME
People of BAME background constitute 14% of the general population in England and Wales but make up 25% of the prison population ( reflecting a justice system that is biased against this group and must be reformed )

The prison reform trust reported that the chance of finding work was slimmer for women with fewer than 1 in 10 ex offending women having a job to go into.

My years of experience with BAME female offenders put us in a position to tailor fit to individual circumstances that include domestic abuse, childcare responsibility and many other issues that prevent BAME from being properly represented.

We want there to be an opportunity to give BAME a real chance to make their diverse talents and dreams a successful financial business reality .

We want to be able to push the dreams of those who hope to make their talents a viable business that provides an income for them and their family. Assisting in providing the tools needed to develop a business and the guidance of mentors that will push you in the right direction to see your dreams flourish.
EMERGENCY COVER-19 RESPONSE
As the world has quickly altered substantially in response to the effects of Covid -19, it has been reported that at least 30% of people have faced issues of mental health as a result of lockdown measures.

There has been much discussion in regards to responses to Covid-19 but no such publicized direction has been given to people who are about to or just come out of prison or are susceptible to committing recurring offences.

The changes in the world are one that we are all facing but is not one that anyone should feel they are facing alone! Our 24-hour Help line can assist in all areas but also to be a voice that cares and to listen all day, every day.
