Our Work
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
It is a matter of luck or where or what your influences are, that determine your walk in life. Everyone deserves the right to self-dignity and the opportunity to earn a living for your self, People are not looking for handouts.
This organisation is looking to assist the disenfranchised, those less able to be heard or assisted.

Creating New opportunities in Employment and Education for people that society seem to have forgotten or in reality do not understand, but should be paying attention to their actual needs.

There is an untapped workforce, with a remit that is inclusive enough to embrace diverse groups of people.

We aim to have a strong rehabilitation and preventative program for marginalised members of society whose voice is never effectively heard.

With over 25 years of representing all levels of offending as a Barrister, public speaking on issues, and working hand in hand with various charitable organisations to implement change. It is now time to put the experiences and years of first-hand knowledge together in a way that successfully impacts and assists in the understanding that a criminal record does not prevent applicants from being a valuable part of the workforce.
